| Doula Services |
If you and your partner are currently enrolled in one of Birthing Baby's
Complete Childbirth Class Series or you are former students or former doula
clients, you may deduct $400 from Birthing Baby's doula services. If you are a
current doula client and would like to join a Complete Childbirth Class Series,
you may do so (provided there is room in a series) and the $400 course fee
will be deducted from your doula fee.

Regular pricing for Birthing Baby's Complete Childbirth Class Series is $400 per couple.
However, if your account is paid in full by the Early Registration Deadline for your class series,
you may deduct $15 from your total amount due. If paying online, payment needs to be made
on or before the deadline date. If paying by U.S. Mail, your payment needs to be postmarked
on or before the deadline date.

| Midwifery Services (Homebirth) |
If you and your partner are currently enrolled in one of Birthing Baby's
Complete Childbirth Class Series or you are former students or clients, you
may deduct $500 from homebirth services provided by Sherry Rumsey who is
a student midwife. All services are provided under the supervision of a senior
midwife. Please see the 'Homebirth' page for more information. Offer good for
2011 due dates only.
